1. Service and beta status
RIO Mentor is an AI-assisted software service for DCS World simulation and training. The beta may change, be interrupted, or be withdrawn while features, safeguards, pricing, and support processes are validated.
The service does not control an aircraft, provide real aviation guidance, or replace professional, operational, emergency, or safety advice.
2. Eligibility and account
The service is intended for people aged 18 or older. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information used to create an account and for protecting your credentials.
Do not share passwords, access tokens, or another person's personal information through the service. We may suspend access when necessary to protect users, the service, or third-party rights.
3. Plans, payments, cancellation, and refunds
If paid plans are offered, the checkout must show the price, currency, taxes, billing period, renewal, cancellation path, and payment obligation before confirmation.
Paddle may act as Merchant of Record for the transaction. RIO Mentor remains responsible for the software, service information, and support. Cancellation, withdrawal, refunds, and other mandatory consumer rights are governed by applicable law and the applicable Paddle terms; no clause here waives non-waivable rights.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use RIO Mentor for real aviation, military operations, navigation, emergencies, decisions affecting safety, unlawful activity, attacks, abuse, bulk extraction, infringement, or the intentional submission of sensitive data or another person's secrets.
You must comply with the rules that apply to DCS World, SRS, your server, and any third-party software you use.
5. Intellectual property and third parties
RIO Mentor and its original software, content, and branding remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law. These terms grant only the rights expressly described here.
RIO Mentor is an independent project and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Eagle Dynamics, DCS World, SRS, or Microsoft. Third-party components remain subject to their own licenses.
6. AI and data
The service uses artificial intelligence and may produce incomplete or incorrect responses. Review outputs critically and keep human control over every action.
Data processing is described in the Privacy Policy. The EULA describes the Windows client, local files, optional DCS integration, updates, and uninstall behavior.
7. Changes and contact
We may update these terms for legal, security, service, or product reasons. Material changes will be identified with a new version and effective date where applicable.
