1. License grant
Subject to these terms and applicable law, Casabuena Fernando Azarias grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use the RIO Mentor Windows client on devices you control during the beta.
This license is for DCS World simulation and training. It does not grant rights to DCS World, SRS, Microsoft, third-party models, voices, or any other third-party component.
2. Installation and DCS integration
The installer may copy the client, configuration examples, third-party notices, and the optional DCS export script. If you select DCS integration, it may create or update the Export.lua file under your DCS Saved Games directory.
The installer records the integration it manages and the uninstaller attempts to remove only its own hook and exporter. Review the files before accepting changes and keep your own backups.
3. Local files, network, and AI
The client may process microphone audio temporarily, local speech recognition output, minimized DCS telemetry, conversations, and configuration data as described in the Privacy Policy.
The assistant can be wrong. Never use it as a source of real aviation, navigation, emergency, military, or safety-critical instructions.
4. Restrictions
Do not redistribute the client, remove notices, bypass access controls or quotas, attack the service, use it for unlawful activity, or knowingly submit another person's sensitive information or secrets.
Any restriction is subject to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights to inspect or reverse engineer software.
5. Updates, termination, and uninstall
The client may receive updates, including security fixes or changes to supported integrations. You may uninstall it using Windows. Removing the client does not automatically delete account data held by the service; use the available account controls or contact support.
The license ends when you uninstall the client, stop using the service, or the provider terminates the beta in accordance with applicable law.
6. Warranty and liability
The beta is provided subject to applicable law and may contain defects or interruptions. Nothing here excludes or limits a consumer right or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
